A few weeks ago I went for brunch in L'ETO CAFFE on Brompton Road, London with my boyfriend, after it was recommended to me by a friend. The restaurant offers a variety of Mediterranean inspired food options from cakes, buns and salads to more hearty brunch options. I had the Red Shakshouka from the Regional Menu which consisted of braised eggs, red pepper & tomato salsa and sourdough toasts which cost £14.90. My boyfriend also ordered from the Regional Menu, ordering the Californian, which consisted of corn tortillas, fried eggs, flat bread, chilli, pico de gallo, guacamole and queso fresco which also cost £14.90. The portions were very large, bursting with flavour and definitely worth the price. I also ordered the Oreo Mocha that you needed to mix yourself. The milk, coffee and oreo bits all came in separate glasses allowing you to pour and stir the perfect mocha for yourself. It is a really clever idea, not to mention the perfect Instagram picture!!
Whilst we went to the Brompton Road restaurant, there are cafes scattered all around the city along with international locations such as Dubai and Doha. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and there are salads and cakes on display as you enter. The vibrant salad colours and the cakes dripping in frosting are the perfect backdrop for such a trendy spot.
L'ETO CAFFE also offer a dessert delivery service on pre-ordered cakes.
